What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, smartphone or tablet) when you visit. They serve to remember your settings, to analyse how the site is used, or to improve your experience. Besides cookies, a website may use other browser storage techniques — such as local storage — which serve a similar purpose but are technically not cookies. Cookies cannot access other data on your device and, on their own, contain no information that directly identifies you as a person.

The current state

As things stand today no analytics and no advertising cookies are set — none at all. Google Analytics 4 is integrated and runs on every page, but without a cookie: every storage signal it would use starts denied by default, for every visitor, in every country. There is no advertising tag anywhere on this site — see When the website launches below for what would change if that ever happens.

In short: this website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising — Google Analytics 4 runs cookielessly, and there is no advertising tag at all. If advertising is ever added, this page will name each cookie it sets before it ships.

When the website launches

Google Analytics 4 is already integrated and runs on every page of this site — see above. There is no advertising tag anywhere on this site yet. If that ever changes, it would be governed by the same Google Consent Mode v2 default already in place:

• Every visitor, wherever you visit from — including Singapore — there is nothing here to consent to today. Every storage signal Google Analytics 4 or a future advertising tag would use is denied by default, for every visitor, wherever you connect from, and this site carries no banner or consent tool that could grant them — so none of it depends on your country. That denial is not a placeholder pending a decision; it is what the code does, permanently, until deliberately changed. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this page is the notification Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) calls for, not a request for your consent — there is nothing here that needs it. If analytics or advertising storage is ever switched on for real, it will be through an actual consent mechanism, and this page will be rewritten before that happens, not after.

If advertising is added later, a full overview will be published here — with the name, provider, purpose and storage duration of each cookie it sets. Google Analytics 4 needs no such list: as set out above, it runs without setting any cookie at all.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC (USA) and runs on this site today — but it sets no cookie: see above. Without a cookie, it still receives, per page view: the page address, the referrer, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device or browser type — processed by Google, possibly outside Singapore. If advertising is added later, those cookies would also be set by Google LLC, via the Google AdSense service, and this page would name them then. How Google uses data, and how you would switch off personalised advertising once any runs, can be found at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and adssettings.google.com. No cookie is set by Google Analytics 4 on this site.

How to manage your consent and cookies

There is no consent to manage on this site: Google Analytics 4 sets no cookie, and no advertising runs here, so there is nothing for a consent tool to switch on or off. If that ever changes, this page will explain exactly how to manage it, at that point. Independently of any of this, you can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, or block them from being set in the first place:

Deleting cookies does not impair your use of this website.

Relationship to data protection

This cookie policy supplements our privacy policy, which describes what data we process, how, and what rights you have — including under Singapore’s PDPA. This site has no account, no sign-up and no form. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies, but Google Analytics 4 runs on every page and Google receives what the privacy policy describes.
